We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy. Please read the details below to ensure a smooth return process.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  2. Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and in the original packaging with all labels intact. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a return.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Customized products, such as personalized stones or jewelry.
    • Items marked as “Final Sale.”
    • Gift cards.

Return Process

  1. Submit a Request: To initiate a return, please email us at owner@crystalla.in with your order number, product details, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.
  3. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
  4. Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund and cover return shipping costs.

Refunds

  1. Refund Process: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  2. Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., for items that are returned with missing parts or show signs of use).
  3. Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
